Marzo incompleto is the third poetic shift of Josefina de la Torre Millares (1907-2002). Published as a book in 1968, some of its creations can be traced back as far as the early 1930s. It is in 1945 when what we could term as this collection of poems first edition appeared in the magazine Fantasía. Between this edition and the final book version not only remarkable variations can be seen, but also poems that appeared in the first edition and are not found in the second one and vice versa. With this article we aim at the reconstruction of the dynamics of Marzo Incompleto composition process through the analysis of both editions, offering also some reading keys that suggest a change of sensitivity in the author's poetic understanding of the poetic language.
