Description from several situations that happen, at the beginning of school year, in the psychomotricity room. From a situation of game, with movement, and active exploration of space and three-dimensional materials, children intuitively establish different relationships. The educator observes children's activity, interprets it in mathematical terms, and intervenes to mediate in conflicts and to enhance mathematical activity.
