La altura y el rango de F0 como parámetros identificativos de la orientación sexual de hombres madrileños hispanohablantes

La orientación sexual es un factor social que, como otros, influye en la realización fonética de cada individuo. Sin embargo, la sociolingüística española —frente a la estadounidense— ha centrado sus investigaciones muy poco en este factor. Este artículo trata de aportar contenido a esta escasez teórica, comenzando por el análisis acústico de la distinción de altura y rango tonal entre hombres homosexuales y heterosexuales hispanohablantes centropeninsulares; y, seguidamente, en la posible percepción de la orientación sexual por parte de jueces hispanohablantes de la misma variedad que los informantes. Con los resultados de estos análisis se buscará no solo el aporte teórico a la sociolingüística (o a la sociofonética), sino también su aplicación a problemas actuales de la Fonética Judicial, incluyendo, en ambos casos, una nueva variable que no se ha tenido en cuenta en los análisis hasta ahora.
