Abstract

The purpose of the study was to conduct a detailed research on the development of Soft Skills in the modern digital environment and identify key areas for improving the competitiveness of specialists. A methodology for assessing Soft Skills was created, which includes a comprehensive approach to measurement and analysis. The study found that Soft Skills, such as communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork and adaptability, are critical for professional success. A lack of these skills can limit career progression and performance for both young professionals and experienced workers. Well-developed Soft Skills contribute to better adaptability to change, more effective collaboration and increased productivity.
