Reconfigurando Usuarios de Terapia Ocupacional en Estrategias de Educación Superior Basadas en Telesalud

Este artículo expone un análisis de los discursos de estudiantes y docentes de un programa de educación superior en terapia ocupacional en Chile respecto de sus experiencias en el proceso de implementación de una estrategia de formación práctica basada en telesalud durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Si bien reconocen la centralidad de acciones tendientes a superar brechas de disponibilidad y usabilidad de TICs, enfatizan el desafío que presenta la definición de un nuevo orden moral de representación y la consiguiente reconfiguración de usuarios. Las figuras de docentes, estudiantes, cuidadores y pacientes como “usuarios activos” adquiere un sentido tangible en referencia al trabajo que realizan para escribir, leer y estabilizar esta nueva configuración.
