This paper brings out two apparently different domains, namely the logics and methodology of science jointly with some social and political issues closely related. Whereas a fresco about a typology of scientific models is set out, this paper argues that such a view is not indifferent to a number of social expressions and dynamics that are currently going on in the world. The idea, plainly and frankly said, consists in making up a fresco about the relationship between science and complexity.
