Since the energy transition, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the principles that must be developed in Ibero-America to guarantee sustainable urban transport. It includes the principles of mobility presented in various European projects and agreements, with a view to reducing the effects of climate change as a result of the combustion vehicles. The prioritization of these principles based on the consultation of experts carried out for the implementation in the region. We highlight the prioritization of three (3) groups of principles that will allow the sustainable development of this sector towards the desired energy transition.
