Abstract
This article reviews the importance of the study of the correspondence deposited in the Jorge Guillén Foundation Archive – more than thirty documentary fond belonging to comtemporary authors who maintain labor and personal relationships with each other -. The conditions of consultation and reproduction of this particular Archive and that concern three legal issues fundamentally: material property and intellectual property of documents (copyright), the right to privacy and honor, and data protection, are described in the text it briefly.
