Descifrando los hilos emocionales en la formación docente en Educación Física

Resumen

En este artículo se exploraron las emociones de un grupo de futuros maestros, hombres y mujeres, de Educación Física en España a través de sus diarios corporales docentes durante un prácticum de 12 semanas. Participaron 17 estudiantes en formación del Grado en Educación Primaria, cuyas experiencias emocionales se analizaron para comprender su impacto en la subjetividad docente. Se identificaron diversas emociones como el disfrute, el entusiasmo, el miedo, el estrés, la decepción y la pasión, revelando la complejidad emocional en la preparación para la enseñanza. Las conclusiones destacan la importancia de las emociones en la construcción de la subjetividad profesional, resaltando la necesidad de ofrecer una buena impresión en la escuela, tener que afrontar desafíos desconocidos y equilibrar el entusiasmo con la capacidad de ser un buen docente. El artículo subraya la relevancia de reconocer y comprender las emociones vinculadas a la profesión docente, así como su manifestación corporal, para mejorar la práctica pedagógica, contrarrestar los posibles efectos negativos en la salud y facilitar el bienestar del profesorado en formación.
