    The aim of this study untitled “Semejanzas y diferencias entre Los poderes de la tempestad de Donato Ndongo-Bidyogo y Señas de identidad y Reivindicación del conde Don Julián de Juan Goytisolo” is to show the similarities and differencies between these novels and its authors. Indead, the reality of this Third Milenium beginning characterised by “globalization” demands from us a better acknowledge of other people and cultures, as well as a better presentation of ourselves. Literature studies, in general, and Comparative literature, in particular, which principal objective is to nearer cultures and civilizations, seems to be one of the best ways to achieve that intercultural dialogue for a more tolerant and pacific society.
