The approach to culture from the idea of action or institutional dissolution brings to the forefront of debate complex phenomena that demand the necessary epistemological openness to account for border practices in the margin of the normative frameworks that have traditionally defined the concepts of author, medium, circuits of representation, canon, reception or gender. The analysis of The Proof, by playwright David Auburn, directed by filmmaker Jaime Chávarri, offers a good example for the reflection of a meeting that coincides in a polemic about the limits between science and truth, reality and representation, reason and madness, order and chaos.
