Strategic planning and metropolitan dimension: The Rosario case

This text is proposed to clarify conceptually what the Strategic Planning is, as well as to identify the role of the city in a process of these characteristics. So, the territorial- urban event is analyzed and structured around the city of Rosario.
In order to understand the meaning of Strategic Planning, Floriani makes an analysis to the kinds of “Strategic Plans”, dictating in each one its historical context and characteristics, as well as the common elements and discontinuity among them, applying to the example of city that he has been comes studying, Rosario.
