Teaching urbanism in Italy

During the course of 1993 substancial innovataions were introduced in Italy in the field of the education of Urbanism following the approval of the New Ordenance of the Universities of Architecture, in accordance with the CEE 85/384 deliberation on the finishing formation towards the development of the exercising activities with the professional title of the architect.
Education on the field properly denominated as Urbanism has been traditionally taught in Italy on the Universities of Architecture and Engineering, with the possibility of specifically connoting some Post-Graduate Courses on both Universities as well.
