Abstract

This article deals about the ideas of the different reports that are about the European Union territory, observing that in all of them it is not very clear the possible ways of working. They are caliticated as political documents, so too much general ist. In that way, it is necessary to answer several questions to confront the territorial strategy of Europe and to make the identity of the European city with no very abstract proposals, and without ignoring as much as it has been done.
