Use of worksheets is usual when teaching logical and mathematical notions in Early Childhood Education. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the usefulness and interest in the use of these worksheets and their impact on children’s learning. The related mathematical contents are: formation of series, tables, addition and codes of representation. The analysis on children’s productions evidences the risk of a phenomenon of illusion of transparency. Lastly, we present recommendations for teaching processes on these topics, based on the results and their discussion.
