Abstract

Having as primary sources the cadernos do promotor and inquisitorial processes, we intend to analyze the crime of heretical propositions in the southern area of the Inquisition jurisdiction in Coimbra, particularly regarding the parishes of Abiul, Almagreira, Louriçal, Mata Mourisca, Pombal, Redinha, Santiago de Litém e Vila Cã.
