In this article we aim to get closer to the life of the senator Publio Cornelio Anulino, a character from Iliberri (current Granada) who obtained numerous honors and positions of importance in the course of the II-III centuries AD. under the aegis of various emperors. He developed a wide cursus honorum which shows us first-hand the progressive and growing influence that the hispano-romans obtained at the expense of the Italians, these positions are known thanks to various epigraphic remains found in different parts of the ancient Roman Empire which also they have allowed us to reconstruct his history and see first-hand the success of its political ascent.
