In the present work we are going to analyze the production of the rural environment of Roman times in the Middle Ebro (La Rioja, Navarra and the Basque Country). It will have the remains of the economic activity zones, the infrastructures that contributed to its operation or the industries necessary for its maintenance. The objective is to observe how for the elaboration of wine, oil or flour were necessary tools made in functions, access to water (natural or artificial), quarries for presses or pots to make storage and transport containers. All this has been possible thanks to the archaeological remains excavated and investigated during the last years in La Rioja, Navarra and the Basque Country.
