Epid. II, IV and VI: Composition of the Clinical Histories

This paper consists of an analysis of the clinical histories of Epidemics II, IV and VI, especially as regards its structure, based on a fixed set of data relating to the patient identity and environment, as well as those concerning the disease: cause, symptoms, evolution, changes, therapy, outcome, reflections or data post outcome. In this group of Epidemics the composition scheme of clinical histories is generally incomplete, and less developed than those of the group of Epidemics I and III; only a small proportion of histories has a minimum of 6 data (17,07 % in Epid. II and 16,66% in Epid. VI), although is higher in Epid. IV (30,63% of cases). We observe a stronger coincidence between the books II and VI of Epidemics, in contrast with Epid. IV in this and in othr matters, where it presents remarkable divergences. These results are similar to those reported in our previous studies.
