Plauto y el dios de la libertad y del vino: Líber-Dioniso-Baco

The traits of the Roman Liber make it easier their association with the Greek Dionisos. While the equivalence between both of them seems straightforward for the interpretatio Graeca, the violent figure of Bacus was not easily accepted in Rome. We find evidence of all this in Plautus' pieces.
