Hymnica, Luis Antonio de Villena ́s third published work, embodies the artist ́s poetic plenitude as it presents elements which were previously unbalanced. In this work, there is a perfect harmony between life and literature; between thought and feeling; between reality and imagination; between vital exaltation and awareness of finitude. In this way, Hymnica reveals highly personal aesthetics while underlying vital understanding and ethics throughout the book.
