Olas y Letras. Revista de Lengua y Literatura del Mar

OLAS Y LETRAS. REVISTA DE LENGUA Y LITERATURA DEL MAR. Olas y Letras is an open-access electronic publication affiliated with the Department of Spanish Language at the University of Valladolid. Its goal is to publish original research on language and literature related to the sea and navigation, as well as reviews of publications on these subjects in Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese, and French.

The annual journal contains a miscellaneous section, in which research papers approved by the scientific committee and filtered by the Editorial Board will be published, as well as a review section.

Call for articles or reviews for the first issue of OLAS Y LETRAS. REVISTA DE LENGUA Y LITERATURA DEL MAR (WAVES AND LETTERS. MAGAZINE ON THE LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE OF THE SEA). 2026

 

We are pleased to announce the launch of OLAS Y LETRAS. REVISTA DE LENGUA Y LITERATURA DEL MAR (WAVES AND LETTERS. MAGAZINE ON THE LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE OF THE SEA), an international, peer-reviewed, open-access e-journal published by the University of Valladolid, Spain.

The journal invites original research papers in Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese and French. Starting in 2026, OLAS Y LETRAS will publish articles in open access immediately after they have passed peer review and have been accepted by the editorial team.
