About the Journal
The main objective of REDD (E-ISSN 2531-0003) is to promote the dissemination and exchange of academic production from linguists, sociologists, communicators, or other academic profiles and researchers, whose field of interest is the study of digital communication in Spanish, from a perspective of the Social Sciences, with special attention to speech analysis, conversation analysis and digital interaction analysis.
Research articles and reviews may be published in its different sections. In addition, translations of texts that have been milestones in the field of digital communication and which, due to being published in other languages, have not had sufficient dissemination in the Spanish-speaking academic field may be published. That is why the main language of the magazine is Spanish and but texts in English will be accepted as long as the object of study any Spanish-speaking communities. The original research papers that account for the interlingual richness and variation of the Spanish language used in digital interactions will be considered for publication.
The maximum length of articles will be 15,000 words (including tables, charts, notes and bibliography), although articles exceeding this extension may be considered exceptionally if the work approach justifies it. The extension of THE REVIEWS will be between 3,000 and 5,000 words and those that address two or more books on a common subject will be prioritized. If a single book is reviewed, it must be a maximum age of 5 years. Where the REVIEW is two or more books simultaneously, only one must meet that condition, although exceptions that are duly argued may be considered.
