Transnational criminal evidence: from the European investigation order to the European production and preservation orders for electronic evidence

: This research analyses the Directive 2014/41/UE and its transposition to our order through the Law 3/2018, of June 11, which modifies the Law 23/2014, of November 20, of mutual recognition of criminal resolutions in the European Union, focusing mainly in the recognition and execution procedure. Also analyses the new Proposal for a Regulation on European Production and Preservation Orders for electronic evidence in criminal matters. Finally, it looks at the tools for the transmission of information between competent authorities.
