EU Strategy for a more effective fight against the sexual abuse of minors is approved after the first confinement derived from the declaration of a Covid-19 pandemic. It includes 8 initiatives to put in place a strong legal framework for the protection of children. We study initiatives of a substantive criminal nature and we also analyze their effect on Spanish regulations
