The aim of this article is to analyse Moroccan women as the main economic and social vector of the migration flow to Europe. We are facing a multicultural society in which one of the greatest challenges, including that of our Law, is that which derives from the rapid evolution from a certain cultural-religious uniformity towards a landscape of diversity in which Islam has made its mark presence. The possibility of coexistence between the two cultures is based on two pillars: the acceptance of a common minimum defined in terms of human rights and respect and integration of diversity. The article focuses on Morocco for being the most westernized example of islamic countries, for the incidence of the role of women in the social and cultural modernization and for having made Moroccan women the main economic and social vector of the migratory.
