The events of transition towards adulthood in Spain. The influence of the factors that determine them

The process of transition to adult life in Spain is less linear than how it was developed in past decades. To finish the studies, to incorporate to the labor market, to emancipate residentially, the life as a couple and to assume the paternity implies a continuum that is not always reproduced in an equal way and where a certain degree of reversibility of the transition events exists. In any case, whether transitions are more or less normalized or standardized, factors that influence the experience of transition events are involved. This study had tried to assess some of the elements that the specialized bibliography considers relevant in the transition processes such as age, sex, level of studies completed, risk of poverty, economic situation or type of habitat where it resides. With the data offered by the ECV (LCA) (Living Conditions Survey), a multivariate logistic regression analysis has been carried out, where it has been observed the probability that each of the aforementioned transition events will occur and according to the variables or factors chosen.
