Resumen

Se ha escrito mucho sobre el papel de los líderes. Héroes y heroínas que han inspirado a muchas generaciones. Conforme el mundo ha ido cambiando, el concepto de liderazgo también ha ido evolucionando. Vivimos en un período de grandes cambios. Desde la perspectiva bahá’í, nos encontramos ante un cambio de era que exige la transformación de las relaciones humanos y de los modelos sociales prevalecientes. Aquí exploramos algunas de las preguntas que esta nueva etapa de la evolución de la humanidad plantea con respecto al liderazgo, para responderlas a la luz de las investigaciones científicas y los principios bahá’ís.
