There are many literary works produced by the Society of Jesus during the 16th and 17th centuries, times in which its new methodology and the importance acquired in a few years, still resonated. To speak about the Jesuits in the territories of the Spanish Monarchy is to do so, necessarily, about the school established in Salamanca, one of the four most important universities in the peninsula. We will analyse the value acquired by the book as well as the repercussions of its library and the main productions of its inhabitants.
