Claudio Rodríguez belongs to a poetical tradition (which includes authors of the Romanticism, Surrealism and Generation of the 27) which understand erotical experience as a participation in the universe. If for Rodríguez poetry consists on this participative experience that takes place in the linguistic act, then we could think on the existence of a rhetoric which articulates this experience in language. This essay researches some aspects of this rhetoric with which Claudio Rodríguez recreates in language the erotical experience.
