Abstract

The ownership and reading of some books from his own library and the use of certain prints by the 16th Century Spanish painter Juan Correa de Vivar in his paintings –as in the Annunciation at The Museo del Prado– could be a new source for dealing with the problem of his social and ideological contexts.
