From the Question to Agrarian Issues in the European Countryside Protest of 2024 aims to analyze the etiology of the EU agriculture protest during 2024. The historical conceptual framework of the Agrarian Question as a stylized economic and social fact has been taken as a reference. As analytical methods, the analysis of the semantic field has allowed to focus on the issues of interest and the analysis by circles of occupation has limited the space of intervention. The conclusions of the article emphasize the conceptual validity of the agrarian question to address the problems of the peasantry in the EU, point out that the structural deficiencies of cooperatives and agri-food companies are part of the protest of the countryside and the convenience of favoring an empathetic relationship between rural and urban populations.
