Abstract

The first operational public register in agriculture was created by a 2014 law in order to identify "real farmers" benefiting from European Union economic aid: the register of active farmers. As of January 1, 2023, it will be replaced by the national business register and will concern all civil and commercial companies without exception. In agricultural matters, the record of the registered farms will bear the mention "" enterprise managed by an agricultural worker ".
