This article presents the results of the research on the material history of an ensemble of paintings by the Sevillian School of the middle of the 18th century. This work belonged to now disappeared enclosed convent of the Concepción of San Juan de la Palma, in Seville. After many vicissitudes it was extracted from its original location, and is currently among the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville.
