The personality of the alcoholic patient: An approach through the study of the tree test

The treatments used for the problem of alcoholism approach the disease fundamentally from a perspective of the "here and now" of the problem, with a cognitive behavioral model. Delving into the structure of the personality, in the conflicts and childhood stages discovered by the psychoanalytic model allows a better and more complete treatment of this health problem. This objective can be facilitated with the application of graphic techniques such as the K. Koch Tree Test.
