This work, the first draft of a future essay, is the result of the hours and days of forced confinement due to the state of Alarm decreed by the Government of Spain, in the long four-month period from March to June 2020, because of the SARS2/COVID-19 pandemic, which we have been suffering worldwide since the autumn of 2019 and the winter of 2020. It is, therefore, a contribution prepared in times of anxiety, at a particularly troubled time for all Spaniards and other European citizens and beyond the borders of the Old Continent, especially the Ibero-Americans, who are so close to us. These notes that we now give to the university press, marked by the lethal incidence of the coronavirus, are especially dedicated to the victims of COVID-19 who have died by thousands during this fateful time of pandemic.
